This special weekend of workshops will explore the involution of yoga from asana to the essence of our spirit. Expect thoughtful inquiry, precise feedback, and opportunities for subtle refinement. We will dive deeply into alignment as a gateway to awareness, discovering how form can reveal intelligence and ultimately point beyond the shape toward what is essential.

Workshops are open to all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended. Props will be provided.
