About Dominica and Jungle Bay 

Nestled in the West Indies near Martinique and Guadalupe, Dominica is known as The Nature Isle because of its breathtaking landscapes including waterfalls, volcanic thermal springs, and one of the world’s only boiling lakes.

Jungle Bay Dominica is a nature-inspired luxury escape brimming with pure cliffside beauty. The Caribbean nature resort offers a dynamic collection of adventure, spa pampering, wellness, gourmet cuisine (the food is amazing!!!!), local culture, and history.

About Our Retreat

Our retreat includes 7 nights’ accommodations, all meals, two daily 2-hour yoga classes, three off-site adventure excursions, on-site activities including a Caribbean cooking class, a thirty minute spa treatment, and car transportation from the airport in Dominica to/from Jungle Bay.

Yoga

I’m so excited for this opportunity to give you a truly personal experience. From tailored instructions, intuitive sequencing, and intelligent hands-on adjustments, my intention is to support your practice with passion and care.

The classes are open to all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended. You’ll be encouraged to meet yourself where you are while also exploring your edge in a thoughtful way. Classes will include asana, restorative yoga, breath work, and meditation.

Your villa in paradise awaits!

The eco-friendly design takes its cue from the surrounding environment, providing a unique and authentic experience. Get away from it all and become one with nature, while enjoying modern comforts, such as air conditioning and Wifi.

Double and single occupancy accommodations are available in either a Room (400 sq ft) or a Suite (800 sq ft).

Our retreat includes:

Upgrades available to partial ocean view.

All payments are non-refundable as set by Jungle Bay. $500 deposit to reserve your spot. Balances due by January 15th, 2025.
