The Yoga Mentorship

The Yoga Mentorship is a virtual mentoring community for yoga teachers. Receive guidance, support, and inspiration for your teaching in this private and inclusive space.

Your monthly membership includes:

-A one-hour live Teachers’ Class
-A one-hour live Mentor Meeting
-Access to the recordings of all live meetings
-Access to a private Instagram account and one-on-one coaching via IG Live
-A weekly newsletter designed to inspire your work

The monthly Teachers’ Classes will reflect the month’s theme and be tailored to the group. You can expect posture assessments, prop exploration, and discussion woven through the practice.

The monthly Mentor Meetings are designed to support your work as a teacher. Each meeting will be unique. Topics and structure may include:

-Interactive Q&A’s
-Lectures and discussions on specific topics such as anatomy, yoga philosophy, asana alignment, and career management
-Sequencing strategy and exercises
-Sutra circles

Your membership will automatically renew on the first of every month regardless of when you sign up. You can cancel at any time. All previous payments are non-refundable.
