Balance is a practice, not a destination. Balance is the practice of aligning with our own unique and evolving formula of stability and ease. Move WELL with Mindful Movement teacher Chrissy Carter through this series of 90 minute in person workshops. You will explore the relationship between stability and ease and learn accessible tools to cultivate balance on and off the mat. Join us for one session, or attend both to deepen your practice.
OCTOBER 16TH | S T A B I L I T Y

Stability, discipline, and structure create the container for our practice and lives. We practice cultivating stability so that we can relax into ourselves. This workshop will focus on stability through asana, pranayama, and meditation.
NOVEMBER 13TH | E A S E
1:30-3:30PM
Ease, fluidity, and softness invite us to surrender into the fullness of our lives. Without ease, we become rigid and stuck. This workshop will focus on cultivating ease through asana, pranayama, and meditation.
$60 for one workshop | $100 for both workshops
