This 10-hr continuing education workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of asana, refine your skills in the classroom, and inspire your teaching. Each day will include a practice incorporating alignment principles, asana assessments, and applied anatomy. The weekend will focus on developing your eye and cultivating your ability to teach what you see, not what you know. Learn how to polish your instructions in order to let your teaching shine through. Over the course of this intensive, we will cover asana, teaching methodology, and sequencing. Open Q+A will give you the chance to delve deeper into your relationship with yoga. You will leave with a clear understanding of how to elevate your teaching to the next level. Bring your questions, as well as a journal and pen.
