If you love avocados as much as I do, then you’re going to go gaga over this smoothie. My best friend Estelle came for a visit over Memorial Day weekend and made one for me. I listened to her talk about this avocado smoothie for weeks; she discovered it on her recent travels to Mexico and has not shut up about it since. Now that I’ve tried it, I get what all the fuss was about! It’s delicious!
All you need are three simple ingredients: an avocado (obviously), almond milk, and honey. I don’t use ice, so I make sure that the almond milk is nice and cold.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon honey
Throw it all in a blender and enjoy!
This smoothie is creamy and totally satisfying on every level. I mean, there isn’t a problem I can think of that can’t be solved with an avocado. Obviously I’m joking (not joking). I’m just going to let this sweet green nectar speak for itself. Go whip up an avocado, almond milk, and honey smoothie and taste how sweet life can be!
