Home feels like me 🤍

I’ve been traveling to teach a lot this spring and

I’ve been traveling to teach a lot this spring and it has done my soul so much good to see everyone IRL. Like, wow — I needed that more than I knew. Being with my people in the same room, learning and laughing together, filled something in me that I didn’t realize had been running on empty.

It got me thinking about Heathen Hill and how excited I am to spend a whole weekend connecting with you!!!!!

Some of you have been coming to my annual summer retreat for years (you know who you are ❤️). New faces show up and by Sunday feel like they’ve known everyone forever. That’s the thing about this retreat — it’s not about the yoga so much as it’s about the people doing the yoga. And, to me, that’s what matters most.

Guess who’s coming to DC? (It’s me. Hi.) 🤗

It’s been a long time since I’ve taught in DC and I’m really excited to return! Join me on Saturday, May 16th at @brightbearyogadc for a deep dive into the core — and buckle up bc I have a LOT to say.

The core is where I’ve learned the most in my body (and honestly, where I’ve struggled the most too). After having my daughter, I had to rebuild my core from the ground up. What I found on the other side of that work changed my entire practice.

This workshop goes deep. It’s going to be fun and hard, but the kind of hard that feels doable and makes you wonder what you’ve been doing. My goal is to teach you how to build a core that’s not just strong, but smart. Expect a dynamic, playful practice designed to help you move with more awareness, precision, and skill.
